In order to offer affordable web & digital solutions to small-sized local businesses, we moved to a Smart Home-Office (SHO) in Johor Bahru (Malaysia GMT +8) in 2015. In additional to the SHO, we set up a Mobile Office in 2018, so we can hit the road and provide value from anywhere. These low-cost setups help us to cut down unnecessary costs and return the savings to our customers.

During the lockdown related to the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2021), we are operating as usual. There is no significant delay in both support and delivery of new orders. The fact is we are a small agency that understands small business needs.

Due to limited resources, we may stop taking new orders once we reach the limit we could manage.

Yes. We work from home (WFH) and provide the same level of support with no significant delay.

No, we have been concentrating on digital and web solutions since 2015.

How long have you been in the IT-related business?

We started our first blog in 2004 and provide free consultations on IT issues.

We have been active in IT hardware solutions for over 13 years, followed by Web solutions for at least 6 years. We launched QOBC Dot Com in 2015 and re-named it QOBC Solutions in 2019 (because of technical issues related to business registration).

As noted above, we have transitioned to a Smart Home Office since 2015 to reduce unnecessary costs and return savings to our customers.

In addition, we have used artificial intelligence (AI) technology to reduce manual development and have teamed up with other industry players to significant cut down the costs.
