If I have any problem, how do I get support?

What is your support hours?

Our email support is available 24/7 and chat support is available during office hours only, 10:00am to 03:00pm (Timezone GMT +8) from Monday to Thursday.

I can't access to my website

If you see this error message – “Error: Access is Denied”, it’s probably due to you have entered a wrong username or password. Please reset your internet router and try to access again.

If the problem is still unsolved, please contact us.

How long is the warranty of my website?

All website developed by us come with 12-months support and warranty. Please check our warranty T&C for details.

If you buy from us, we will fix your website error or update it to the latest version (if any) within 12-months from the date of completion.

I can't update my website contents

First of all, you must have a valid username & password in order to access to admin panel. From there, you can simply click on “Pages” and then select a page to update.

Please visit our Tutorial page, we have tons of videos on how to update your website contents.

Can I add additional page on my website?

The answer of course is “yes”. We developed your website on the world #1 most flexible platform.

However, if you are not a designer or web developer, we do not encourage you to do it yourself. Please contact us or get a qualify web developer to do it for you.

Are support hours base on US or Europe time?

No, our smart office is located in Malaysia. Our timezone is GMT +8. You can check our address on Contact Us page, we are just 30 minutes away from Singapore.

Why no one answer your support line phone call?

The line is connected to a PC, so we can only do live chat or voice chat through WhatsApp app. We can’t answer the phone call. Please click here to read more about our business operation.

How to contact you for warranty claim?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please email us at help@qobc.com

I can't download my digital purchase, what should I do?

Don’t worry, please connect to our support email help@qobc.com and we will sort it out.

Can I extend the product warranty?

It’s depends on products. You will see “Extended Warranty” icon on the product that has option to extend the warranty. Else, you can also contact our sales for help.
